Milling and turning, laser cutting and CNC bending

Milling CNC

Many years of experience of our employees and effective and professional technical facilities, allow us to complete our orders comprehensively in the field of machining. We specialize in making elements from aluminum alloys, with particular emphasis on 5754/5083 alloys. We work with modern CAD / CAM solutions, using a brand new and efficient numerical machine tool equipped with a set of Hexagon probes. All of this guarantees high machining accuracy.

Turning CNC

We also offer CNC turning services using the INDEX GSC42S Turning and Milling Center, which allows us to turn from a bar with a diameter of up to ø42 and in a ø150 chuck and a detail length of up to 300mm. We carry out individual production orders (prototypes, etc.) but also mass production orders (several thousands per month). Our excellent time management allows a very quick completion of individual services. Moreover, the high class of the INDEX machines enables us to maintain high precision and repeatability. Thanks to the extensive capabilities of the machine, we can meet the expectations of all of our customers.

Laser cutting and bending CTC

Thanks to the highly developed business connections to other companies in the machining industry, we have the opportunity to offer CNC cutting with fiber lasers and bending cut elements with bending machines.

The design of the laser allows us to offer cutting of the following materials:

  • structural steel sheet – 16 mm
  • stainless steel sheet – 8 mm
  • copper sheet – 5 mm
  • 5 mm brass sheet
  • aluminum sheet – 10 mm
